COLONIAL AMERICAN INFANTRY SWORD, C.1740-60 - Fagan Arms

Edo period, before 1867, probably about 1800. 19 5/8" length with 4 1/8" triangular section point. The broadest face with a narrow fuller with red lacquer fill. Flared base and upturned tip, all in bright polish with a few superficial rust speckles. Tapered tang with two holes for securing pegs.
