We ship all of our packages through UPS & USPS. Depending on your location, as well as the total order amount, your package carrier may vary.

Insurance is provided free of charge with all orders shipping via USPS Priority or Express Mail, as well as any UPS service. Signature is included free of charge with all order over $1,000.

Domestic US customers pay a flat rate of $9.95 for insured shipping. Not in the US? We'll split the shipping cost with you!

United States

Domestic US customers pay a $9.95 flat rate for insured shipping. This flat rate will cover shipping costs for all items within the order.

Canada

Canadian shipping is the actual shipping cost reduced by the US shipping credit. For example, if the total cost to ship to Canada is $24, and in the US it costs $10, you only pay an additional $14.

Rest of the World

We understand the obstacles encountered in foreign shipping and will choose a shipping method which provides a smooth, economical entry for your purchase as far as possible. We will share shipping costs and work with you to keep all costs to a minimum.

Package Tracking

We know how exciting it is to place orders online, but waiting for your order can sometimes make us impatient. That's why all shipments include a tracking number, supplied through USPS or UPS, to allow you to track your package around the world as it makes its way from our offices to your doorstep.

This service is provided free of charge with all orders shipping via USPS First Class Package, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. In addition, all UPS services include door-to-door tracking.

Shipping Carriers

We ship most of our packages through UPS & USPS, however, we may use FedEx & DHL for some international shipments. Depending on your location, as well as the total order amount, your package carrier may vary.

In order to keep our prices lower, most orders totaling under $100 will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Most orders totaling more than $100 will ship via UPS Ground in the United States and Canada, and USPS Priority or Express Mail International for all other countries or P.O. Boxes.

Insurance

All packages shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail, as well as all UPS services, are insured for the total cost of the order. This ensures that in the event of a damaged or lost package, the full cost of the item can be returned to you. However, in our 59 years of business, these problems are virtually non-existent.

In addition to insurance, all packages over $1,000 will be shipped with signature required. This is to ensure that your item isn't left on your doorstep all day while you're away. At your request, we can skip the signature; however, by doing so, you take full responsibility for a lost or stolen package, which will no longer be covered by the insurance.

Package Transit Times

Depending on your location, your package transit time will vary. However, most packages will arrive on your doorstep within 3-4 business days at the most. All packages ship out of Michigan, so the closer you are, the quicker you'll receive your package. We have provided a map of UPS & USPS transit times at the bottom of this page.

Packages shipping internationally take an estimated 5-7 business days (depending on customs clearance time in your country) unless an expedited service is requested. If you need your packages to arrive sooner than what is included, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote for expedited service. We'll work with you to keep the cost to a minimum, while getting your package to you as quick as possible.
