Copper, size 7 ¼. 6.0mm width with well-rounded face. Made with a core filling the inside which distributed the flowing metal and allowed for slower cooling. The core was then laboriously removed by hand and the inside of the ring polished. Remnants of the core are clear inside the ring. Completely untouched as found with stable green patina and typical of the condition that all our rings are in before refurbishing.  The use of pure copper is rare and suggests a supernatural significance as alloys were much more durable. Jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity. Vikings exchanged rings on the pommel of the groom’s sword.
