GREEK HORSEMAN’S DAGGER – Fagan Arms
This website uses cookies to ensure you get the best experience on our website.
Late 19th-early 20th century. The last period of traditional warfare for Eastern European and Western Asian cavalry including the Cossacks, ended with the advent of World War I. 8 5.8" length with foliate engraved blade dated 1911, the year of the Greek Constitution. That commemorative date likely added as the dagger appears older.  Two piece flared ear bone grips. Two small chips to the bone, otherwise excellent.
