VIKING WOMAN WARRIOR’S BRACELET 850-1050 AD

Gilt bronze, C form, triple ridged section, tapering from the center to the spatulate terminals. 2 ¾” inside dimension. It is well documented that women fought alongside men and women’s burials containing swords, other weapons, and armor are documented.  Fragments matching this form have been found in woman warrior’s burials but complete bracelets are much rarer.  Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored for modern wear.
