ROMAN THUMB FROM A BRONZE FIGURE, FOURTH CENTURY AD - Fagan Arms
27.7mm (1.09”) length with finely modeled musculature and well delineated finger nail. Broken in antiquity with the end showing matching surface degradation to the rest. As it is broken at the thickest part, the break was deliberate.
