Good old precolonial example with an 8 ¾” tool-finished blade. Shaped wood hilt with engraved white metal mounts including pommel crest and base mount. Repousse brass scabbard, the face with engraved white metal mounts. Side lugs with suspension rings. Shows use. Good age character and dating to the 19th century (probably mid) before colonial ambitions.
