EASTERN EUROPEAN GYPSY RING, 19TH CENTURY, SIZE 7 ¼

19th century. Bronze band, 8.3mm, with especially high relief decoration of roped borders flanking dot and bar version of the classic “egg and dart”.  Large oval bezel with beaded bottom and raised central oval blue “stone” pierced with a circle evidently of spiritual significance. Good quality for these with a balance of Gypsy flare and European class.
