CONFEDERATE GRAPE SHOT - Fagan Arms
From the Battle of Charleston Harbor. Iron, over 1 1/8" in diameter, but quite irregular as these were hastily made from hand-molded wax originals, rather than wood patterns as used for Union ordnance. Purchased at Schindler’s Antiques, King St., Charleston, early 70s.
