FINE ANTIQUE KNIGHTS TEMPLAR SWORD

Silvered hilt. Delicately pierced guard with enameled cross and crown symbol (some enamel loss). Dragon crested helmet form pommel. Faux ivory grip with monogram in the wreath and cross motif. 28 ½” blade with Pettibone logo at the base, decorated 3/4 its length with knights, crusades, Masonic motifs, and Memento Mori (skull and crossed bones) on gilt ground. Excellent scabbard with enameled mounts undamaged. Rare, exceptionally lavish design executed to the highest standard.
