See British Cut and Thrust Weapons, p.15. 35 ¼” broad fullered slightly curved single-edged blade marked MOLE (Robert Mole, Birmingham) on the back. Iron three-bar hilt with leather-covered grip. Made without wire wrap. plated at one time, now mostly worn from the hilt with smooth to surface rust remaining. The blade mixed plating and raised surface rusting.
