EUROPEAN BETROTHAL RING C.1600-1700 SIZE 7 ½

Silvered bronze, size 7 1/2 with a narrow band and central swelled motif of the shaking hands (dexiosis) which is known in European art for at least two millennia, flanked by heart motifs. Surface texture from burial. Professionally refurbished with the pure silver surface restored and gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity. Good wearable size.
