Byzantine with distinct Roman influence including the thickened bottom of the band. About size 5 with round section broad band and raised rectangular bezel inset with amber glass (?) probably originally with graphic decoration underneath. As  found excavated condition, degraded and encrusted throughout. Intriguing archaeological example.
