Would date to about WWI or slightly earlier. Gilt hilt of M.1852 Naval pattern with pierced oak foliage guard with U S C G in ribbon.

Gilt brass hilt of “Gothic” form with folding side guard and delineated with bars and crowned fouled anchor in an oval.

5 3/4” d.e. blade engraved with an inscription seal, bright with original tool marks and single edge nick.
