Late Bronze Age,
C.1500 BC. 13 3/4 height of fine form with brown and red banded
decoration. Broad neck with integral handle and slender spout.
Completely intact and undamaged. Just some very minor flakes/wear to
the spout tip and flared foot. Slight encrustation from burial. A major
ancient terra cotta artifact in astonishing preservation. Most museum
examples are reconstituted from fragments and it is said that as size
doubles, price is multiplied by four. The center piece of our
collection!
